Indoor Rowing Instructor Course (2023IRI)
To encourage more people to participate in indoor rowing activities, Hong Kong China Rowing Association (HKCRA) will organize an Indoor Rowing Instructor (IRI) Course. Through this course, the participants will learn the basic knowledge of indoor rowing and how to instruct and execute in an indoor rowing exercise. The participants will be qualified as Indoor Rowing Instructor of the HKCRA after passing the course and finish the practical sessions. We now invite you to join this course, the detail of the course please refers to the attachments. Indoor Rowing Instructor Course Video Learning Resources Please email to ling.l@rowing.org.hk with a completed application form and declaration form, please mark “IRI application” on the envelope.
