THE FIRST PHASE OF HKRYA’S SELECTION DAY
If you want to join the “Hong Kong Rowing Youth Academy” (HKRYA) for continuous training, you can attend the selection day with details given as below.
The basic criteria for selection are based on your potential for sporting activities. Even you do not have any experience in rowing, as long as the you can meet the following conditions, you are welcome to participate this FREE of Charge selection day!
Target：
- Age: 9 to 20 years old
- Good physical fitness level and love sports
- Have goal and strong spirit
Selection Day Content：
- Height, weight and arm length measurement
- Indoor rowing machine experience and brief introduction for rowing knowledge
- Mock rowing
- On water rowing
Details：
Date: 11 July 2020 (Sat)
Time: 09:00-12:00 (1st session)/ 14:00-18:00 (2nd session) *choose either one only
Venue: Sha Tin Rowing Center
No. of spot: Only limited quota is available
