Coaching Structure

The HKCRA Coaching Structure is starting from Inoor Rowing Instructor,Board Rowing Elementary Instructor Award, upgrading to Level I, II,Coastal Rowing Coach and III. Rowers aimed to become rowing coach must complete the HKCRA rowing coaching course and pass in relevant examination. The course includes part A sport theory, part B, C and part D practical session.
