Hong Kong China Rowing Association

The Hong Kong Rowing Team concluded the Asian Games today with some outstanding results. Chiu Hin Chun took the silver medal in the men’s lightweight single sculls after an intense battle with Korea. In the lightweight women’s single Lee Ka Man took bronze in the women’s lightweight single behind China and Iran.

The last race of the day was in the men’s lightweight eight. This was a very close and exciting battle and the Hong Kong crew were delighted win the bronze medal after giving 100% to sprint past India in the last few strokes of the race.

After the Asian Games, Lee Ka Man and Chiu Hin Chun will take part in 2018 World Rowing Championships which will be organized in Bulgaria two weeks later.
