Eligibility: Anyone above the age of 9 or above the height of 145cm and who is interested to be a member of HKCRA.
Categories of Rowing Centre User
- Those who use Jockey Club Sha Tin Rowing Centre (JCSTRC) / Jockey Club Shek Mun Rowing (JCSMRC) and its facilities during opening hours must be an authorized Centre User.
- All users must present their own valid Centre User Card upon the request from staff or inside the Rowing Centres and before boat outing at any time.

Concession fee applies to full-time students aged 25 or under at a recognized educational establishment in Hong Kong with documentary proof provided.

Concession fee applies to physically disabled or intellectually disabled persons with documentary proof provided.

Applicants for centre user must either submit their star3/coastal rowing stage 3 level certificate OR a level 2 or above coach who can certify your rowing competency.
Centre User Privilege

- Join rowing clubs and meet different rowers
Payment Method
- All payment should be made online on HKCRA IT Membership Platform.
Application Process
- The Centre User card will only be issued when the payment is settled and the provided information is complete and correct.
