Hong Kong, China Rowing Association (HKCRA), I am pleased to invite your application for the “Indoor Rowing for Schools Programme (INRSP)” in the coming academic year.  As supported by the “Sir David Trench Fund for Recreation” of the Home Affairs Bureau, the HKCRA is able to lend the indoor rowing machines to schools for indoor rowing development.

Indoor rowing is growing in popularity in schools and is one of the inter-schools events. The launching of the INRSP supports schools in this development and encourages the schools to incorporate the sport of indoor rowing in Physical Education lessons in order to provide  a wide variety of attractive indoor rowing activities in schools for their students and teachers.  With the overwhelming support from the participated schools in past few years, the INRSP has been widely participated by the secondary schools in Hong Kong.

You may wish to refer to the attached Programme details for further information.  If your school is interested to apply for this Programme, please complete the attached application form and return by e-mail to kata.c@rowing.org.hk on or before 23 June 2017 (Fri). Successful schools MUST send responsible school teacher/s to attend the “2017-2018 School Indoor Rowing Programme – Indoor Rowing Workshop” which will be held in September or October 2017 with details to be given later.
